COYA Pet delivers across the UK with Evri Standard Delivery. Delivery is free on eligible mainland UK orders of £35 or more, and costs £3.98 on orders under £35. Northern Ireland and selected mainland and island postcodes cost £6.99 on all orders and can take up to 7 working days. We do not deliver to Guernsey or Jersey.

Spend £35 or more and we’ll deliver to eligible mainland UK addresses for free.

- Who it applies to: Free delivery applies to eligible mainland UK postcodes only. It does not apply to Northern Ireland or the selected and island postcodes listed below, where delivery costs £6.99 on all orders.
Delivery to Northern Ireland and selected UK postcodes: £6.99
Delivering to some parts of the UK costs us more, so a flat delivery charge of £6.99 applies to every order, whatever the order value. This covers:
- Northern Ireland
- The Scottish Highlands and Islands, plus some harder to reach areas.
- Shetland
- The Isle of Man
- The Isle of Wight
- The Isles of Scilly

Where we can't deliver
We cannot deliver to Guernsey (GY postcodes) or Jersey (JE postcodes). No delivery option is offered at checkout for these locations.
Delivery times and working days
- Our delivery partner is Evri. We use Evri Standard Delivery only.
- Delivery estimates start after your order has been dispatched.
- Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and bank holidays.
- Eligible mainland UK addresses usually take 2-4 working days. Northern Ireland and the selected postcodes above can take up to 7 working days.
- We do not offer a guaranteed next-day delivery service.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Free delivery is available on eligible mainland UK orders of £35 or more. The £35 is based on your product subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery. Free delivery does not apply to Northern Ireland or the selected mainland and island postcodes, where delivery costs £6.99 on all orders.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Eligible mainland UK orders usually arrive in 2–4 working days after dispatch. Northern Ireland and selected postcodes can take up to 7 working days after dispatch.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly?
Yes. We deliver to all of these areas for a flat £6.99 per order, and you should allow up to 7 working days. See the full postcode list above.
Do you deliver to Guernsey or Jersey?
No. We cannot deliver to Guernsey or Jersey.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
No. We deliver with Evri Standard Delivery and do not offer a guaranteed next-day service.
Can I use a discount code on delivery?
Discount codes and free delivery promotions can’t reduce the £6.99 delivery charge for Northern Ireland and the selected postcodes. Discount codes are applied to your products, so if a code takes your order below £35, mainland UK delivery will be charged at £3.98.
What happens if I change my delivery address?
Your delivery cost and estimated delivery time are recalculated based on the new address at checkout.
