All products are available on subscription. From our main meals, across all flavours including puppy, to our food toppers and our delicious treats. You can subscribe to a single product or a selection.

Of course! Our subscription service has been designed to be totally flexible and work around you. Whether you need to amend the products in your subscription, you need to pause for a while or you'd like to cancel, this can all be done in your online account.

We will take payments for subscription orders in line with your chosen frequency and in line with our next working day delivery service. This means that you will be charged, using the card details used when placing your first order, the day before we pick, pack and ship your order.

This depends on your bank. Some banks automatically update any automated payments to the new card by linking the old and new together and there is no disruption. Some banks do not offer this and as a result your order will not be processed with an expired or replacement card. It's best to check this with your bank and update your online account details.
